Our staff is comprised of people with a commitment to serve the different populations of individuals with special needs. They are a professional team who provide case management, residential supervision, support services, training and administrative support for the Agency’s programs. There are over 250 full and part time staff members working within our Group Homes, Supportive Living Programs, Supervised Apartment Living Programs, Transitional and Permanent Housing Programs as well as Administrative Support programs. It is also the goal of Alternatives, Inc. to ensure the continued safety and integrity of the individuals receiving services, staff and Agency property. Thus, it is established that a criminal history check will be performed on all staff hired to work within the Agency.
