Alternatives provides Transition Services to students with disabilities who are more likely to go directly to work after graduation. Services include various levels of Community Based Vocational Assessments and Career Exploration activities, each available in the classroom, as well as in the community.

Career facilitators work directly with the child study team, the student and their family to design a Transition Plan to best meet the needs of each individual student.
