>> Housing and Facilities Overview - ADTI, Alternatives, Inc. and it’s affiliated HUD-811 Corporations own 19 affordable housing properties and manage more than 100 rental properties including Belvidere Square, a 52 unit apartment complex.

>> Maintenance - Through a staff of one Facilities Director, one supervisor, a four-man maintenance crew and two part-time housekeepers we provide regular upkeep and emergency maintenance service 365 days per year – 24 hours per day. Additionally, Belvidere Square has its own maintenance superintendent.

>> Property Management - With the oversight of a Vice President of Services and Housing Project Manager, the agency employs 2 part-time property managers to ensure the smooth operation of day to day operations.
