Alternatives, Inc. is accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), an independent, not-for-profit accrediting body whose mission is to promote the quality, value and optimal outcomes of services through a consultative accreditation process that centers on enhancing the lives of persons served.

Alternatives received its seventh three-year accreditation in Community Employment Services in 2021.
