What Sets Us Apart?
At Bridges to Employment, we spend time getting to know each person before we pursue a job match. Knowledge is our tool to market each candidate to an employer and ensure success. In 2016, Alternatives received its fifth three-year CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accreditation in Community Employment Services.
Bridges to Employment has created many relationships with employers, post-secondary schools and vocational training programs throughout Central New Jersey. Through these partnerships, many BTE work-based learning experiences have resulted in paid positions. We have established varied and unique work sites for the purposes of Structured Learning Experiences, Trial Work Experiences, Job Readiness Training and Supported Employment services. Our services are well received by our referral sources, which has led to successful expansion. Bridges to Employment has a continuum of services that allows the job seeker to stay with BTE throughout their journey from school to successful employment.
