Testimonials

We would like to thank you so much for keeping us informed and providing such excellent care to my son under the circumstances of COVID quarantine and adjusting restrictions. Thanks for maintaining the precautions to protect him such as visitors policy, distancing , hand washing and masking for staff and visitors.

I am very grateful to be able to visit him now under the guidelines you set up and I think the guidelines are very appropriate under the circumstances. I am very relieved to be able to drop off necessary items and address his personal care needs and it is very comforting for me to see that he is thriving. Your staff is doing an amazing job in following the guidelines you outlined, keeping everyone safe and healthy and maintaining, running and staffing a well functioning group home.

Wishing you and your staff and clients continued good health and the patience and resources to maintain and keep working on what needs to be done. Thanking you and our direct care staff for the love and dedication that is demonstrated daily; we are so appreciative of the professionalism and the diligence demonstrated in their daily caring for our son.

Alternatives made an uncertain time for my daughter and me pleasant. We were so fortunate to have a team that truly cared about my daughter’s development and who wanted to get to know her, to help her to be her best. The care of the clients during the pandemic was impressive and appreciated from the bottom of my heart. Again, an uncertain time made bearable by your excellent staff. They helped immensely with virtual visits and sessions, and they went above and beyond to make sure my daughter received her speech therapy. As a guardian, it is hard to leave a loved one in the care of an agency. However, your Director of Services made it easier, with her knowledge and expertise in every area, and her amazing communication skills. She was the glue that held the group home together when we were in flux with Managers, a pandemic, and just general snafus.
