Alternatives made an uncertain time for my daughter and me pleasant. We were so fortunate to have a team that truly cared about my daughter’s development and who wanted to get to know her, to help her to be her best. The care of the clients during the pandemic was impressive and appreciated from the bottom of my heart. Again, an uncertain time made bearable by your excellent staff. They helped immensely with virtual visits and sessions, and they went above and beyond to make sure my daughter received her speech therapy. As a guardian, it is hard to leave a loved one in the care of an agency. However, your Director of Services made it easier, with her knowledge and expertise in every area, and her amazing communication skills. She was the glue that held the group home together when we were in flux with Managers, a pandemic, and just general snafus.
My son, Chigozie, has improved socially since being with your agency. His verbal and social interactions since living with you is so much improved. The staff take very good care of him and his needs. I have no complaints.
